I better exercise as soon as i sign out since today mum's cooking a really good dinner-steak with potatoes!
Well,
- tea is ok i can have it anytime i never restrict myself to it since it keeps my cravings at bay
- Anything that works for u dat way and is not very heavily calorinated is fine :)
it's like i'm under an oath!
I just hope we form a group so that we can uplift each other's spirits through this journey!!
