Pre-workout blogging :)

Ok i wont lie i just had a cup of tea with 3/4 slice of white bread.
I better exercise as soon as i sign out since today mum's cooking a really good dinner-steak with potatoes!

Well,
  • tea is ok i can have it anytime i never restrict myself to it since it keeps my cravings at bay
-->I don't necessarily add sugar and its quite light, water to milk ratio is 3:1
  • Anything that works for u dat way and is not very heavily calorinated is fine :)
I've never felt so committed until i started blogging, its like i dont wanna fail my blog,
it's like i'm under an oath! 
I just hope we form a group so that we can uplift each other's spirits through this journey!!

What about dinner?
-->i'll fill u in once it's over, i wont mess my diet i promise and will tell u how i got past it, i'm supposed to have my cereal only rememba?
