It's raining its pouring!

Its raining! It started at 3:30 am and as soon as i thought heard smthng i went outside to check...all doors were closed but i could hea smthng im telling u i've been waiting eagerly and yes it was raining; so yea hurray! everybody's gnna be dressed in hoodies n coats at uni, we just love the excuse of wearing winter clothes, tts fun ! and the weather isnt dat cold, bt for us we do feel da chill (25 degrees) lol. u see, in da arab world, we welcome the rain since we're not so used to it, it only rains in winter...hehe

2 days past

Ok so da past 2 days i've been pretty busy but my routine went well n i exercised 2!
today i'm yet 2 exercise and i had a late lunch...bus came after only 2 spoonfuls of my beloved kelloggs :( i left it went to uni wen i was bck had it ,,,it had actually soaked da milk! but i lve it! it tasted lyk weetabix...
its only da 8th day but we'll get thru dis.....yea we will.

Dinner

Thankgod i had kelloggs for lunch since dinner was so wow...
we had a barbeque and i had the meat without the mayo-salad or much bread.
Then i topped it off with tea and a bit of cake :(
but hey it was betta than the usual where i'd usually dissapoint in both meals!
I didn't workout yet ....working on my project
I'll do it, have my oolong tea and then go on the treadmill.

2morow i'll be back in uni ...uughh
but the good thing is my diet'll fall back in track not to mention my going to the uni gym in  my spare tym.
AND for 1:15 minutes now hws dat?! :)

5th Day

i missed breakfast since i slept through it....

LUNCH: kelloggs special k and a piece of chicken.
I figured out that i haven't exposed the most important info......;

WEIGHT: 72 kgs
HEIGHT: 5 feet 11 inches
I'm pretty short i know.....so extra weight no good for me : (

Anyway;
today's last day of the Eid hol.s and 2morrow bck to uni...ughh i h8 this!
Not to mention i haven't finished my other project yet. Betta get goin'

I messed up!

Ok i had 2 pieces of steak for dinner +1 tbsp mayo-salad + 1 slice of brown bread! and around 4 small cubes of tomato potatoes.
I hate to admit this but i gotta stay true init?

But here's the good thing;
I walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes
AND burnt around 256 kcal

But still i feel bad....
Im gonna have my cup of oolong tea in a few minutes
and oh DID I MENTION THAT MY "THIN" SISTER HAS SENT MY DAD BASKIN ROBIN'S "THUNDER BROWNIE"?

I said i "DON'T" want anything...but i'm craving it as hell ;(

Pre-workout blogging :)

Ok i wont lie i just had a cup of tea with 3/4 slice of white bread.
I better exercise as soon as i sign out since today mum's cooking a really good dinner-steak with potatoes!

Well,
  • tea is ok i can have it anytime i never restrict myself to it since it keeps my cravings at bay
-->I don't necessarily add sugar and its quite light, water to milk ratio is 3:1
  • Anything that works for u dat way and is not very heavily calorinated is fine :)
I've never felt so committed until i started blogging, its like i dont wanna fail my blog,
it's like i'm under an oath! 
I just hope we form a group so that we can uplift each other's spirits through this journey!!

What about dinner?
-->i'll fill u in once it's over, i wont mess my diet i promise and will tell u how i got past it, i'm supposed to have my cereal only rememba?

Today's the 4th day of our challenge: So far so good.

Breakfast: a bowl of kelloggs special k (about 30g)

LUNCH: I had rice with curry.

I'll have fruits later
And dinner'll have to be kelloggs special k. Here's hoping i dnt mess up!
