Weighty issues

Hey everyone;


So it's my first day of blogging and i dedicate this blog to anyone and everyone who's struggled with their weight since what seems like forever.

I am overweight too. I've lost weight on and off and have nearly reached my target weight-goal once upon a time(about a year ago) but guess what? Never kept it off so now i'm miserable again :(

Anyway, i've decided to fall back on track, anyone care to join me? I've started on the 1st of Dec and given myself the deadline-30/jan/2010.

That should be the day when you look at yourself in the mirror and say, there is a difference.You don't have to be totally fat-free then, but at least noticeably thinner!

And you know what? Even the word IMPOSSIBLE says I-AM-POSSIBLE !

lets get started!

What i did today;
  • Breakfast : i had a bowl of kelloggs special k with skimmed milk.

(If u dont have skimmed milk u could make your own: Add to half a glass of full-cream milk some water-fill the glass)

  • Lunch: a bowl of kelloggs special k

        --> Snack: fruits-i had pineapples.

  • Dinner:  i ate a normal meal, just as i would usually when i'm not dieting.
Later, i walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes. I also had oolong tea later that night while watching T.V. It's supposed to aid in weight-loss. You could substitute with green tea :)

Notice:  The whole thing about using kelloggs k is not a miraculous thing whatsoever. It's just keeping your calorie count under control. I chose to use it since i know how many calories im consuming through it and also, my daily schedule does not spare me time to cook creatively.
